Terms of Service

Short version: Use InboxIQ honestly, don't abuse it, pay if you use the paid tier. We'll work hard to keep it running. If something breaks, we're not liable for business losses — it's a productivity tool, not critical infrastructure.
1. Acceptance
By using InboxIQ (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're using it for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind the company to these terms.
2. The Service
InboxIQ is an AI-powered email triage tool. The free demo is available with no account. Paid tiers provide real Gmail integration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
3. Your Account
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure
- You must be 16 or older to use InboxIQ
- You may not share accounts or use the service for unlawful purposes
- We can terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Payments & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
Early adopters who join during our launch window will have their pricing locked permanently, even if we raise prices in the future.
5. Gmail Access
For the paid tier, you grant InboxIQ OAuth access to your Gmail account to read and classify emails. We use this access only to provide the triage service. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings. Revoking access will suspend triage functionality but won't affect your subscription or any stored data.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use InboxIQ to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Spam, harvest, or abuse others' email addresses
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures
- Resell or sublicense access to the service
7. Intellectual Property
InboxIQ and all related software, design, and content are owned by us. Your data is yours. We claim no rights over emails you process through the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of InboxIQ — including missed emails, incorrect triage classifications, or service outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
